About Our TEFL Program
TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) and TESOL (Teaching English as a Second Language) are the same certification and it's the major qualification required be learning institutions to teach English Abroad.
Our TEFL course meets international standards and follows the British Council criteria with over 120 hours of class time and observed teacher practice.
Our training programs are validated by IATQuO (International Accreditation of TESOL Qualifying Organizations) which is a non-profit independent accreditation board that moderates and certifies TESOL Courses. External moderation is composed of regular internal reviews of both materials and delivery of services. The program lasts for 4 weeks, operating Monday thru Friday 9:00 to 5:00 totaling 130 hours. The main components included are:
Second Language Acquisition
Grammar & Phonology
Teaching Techniques & Classroom management
Teaching of an unknown language
Business English and Teaching Young Learners
Observed Teacher Practice with both groups and one to one students
Case Study Project which profiles one student
